Today visited CEB to inquire about a new connection. At the customer care counter, there were around 3 ladies all of them were less 30.
No customers in front of them except me.i was standing and waiting in front of them till they tell "take u r seat" they never did and they were really busy chatting among them about a guy for almost 5 min.
once they finish talking they looked at me and moved their head like asking what do u want and still they didnt offer me to sit.
i raised my concern about the visit then a girl just started to explain the process in a real hurry.
N:B: its around 10AM ,its a peak hour and they suppose to be more energized to serve the client
this is what in my country even the youngsters were not trained or advised to handle the clients properly in government firms.
felt that im still living 70's
