Today I was traveling from Colombo to Galle, its so unfortunate to see in the train there were two disablers standing just next to their seat which was reserved for them. Coz they were standing some people in the name of humans just looked at them and went back to sleep.

Ceylon Electricity Boards
Today visited CEB to inquire about a new connection. At the customer care counter, there were around 3 ladies all of them were less 30.
No customers in front of them except me.i was standing and waiting in front of them till they tell "take u r seat" they never did and they were really busy chatting among them about a guy for almost 5 min.
once they finish talking they looked at me and moved their head like asking what do u want and still they didnt offer me to sit.
i raised my concern about the visit then a girl just started to explain the process in a real hurry.
N:B: its around 10AM ,its a peak hour and they suppose to be more energized to serve the client
this is what in my country even the youngsters were not trained or advised to handle the clients properly in government firms.
felt that im still living 70's

Morning light and my people
Hai Umar, how are u feeling today darling?
Its another morning in Sri Lanka, people are really busy rushing to their work and the majority of them were like going to prison, when u look at there face u can feel it.
Work is something that we have to enjoy and do as we spend more than 6 hours of our time daily as part of life.
today i was at a restaurant to have the breakfast i tried to smile with few people around me just make their day happy as its early morning but they looked at me and showed the expressions in their face "hai dude i don't no u so y the hell are u smiling at me"
its not their fault that's the culture we built years within the country :)
keep u r self positive darling whatever the situation that will make u r day and other too

Traffic and Space
Its 2019 and still i don't see the people giving space to the vehicles who are trying to turn to the main roads from the sub-roads and streets.
I was always worried about this that none of the vehicles bothered to stop and give space to the vehicles those who are trying to enter main roads event if its urgent.
Today i was trying to put my vehicle from the house gate to the road and still the vehicles are moving without allowing me to enter to the street and i have to wait more than 5 min and still, i have to take a risk and push my vehicle to the road and make them stop. still, our people are living under loads of stress
I was always worried about this that none of the vehicles bothered to stop and give space to the vehicles those who are trying to enter main roads event if its urgent.

Government banks and stone age
I never had a government bank account in the history but one of my client from rural area wants to deposit the money to BOC bank as that's the only bank available in her village.
So just to make her life easier I opened an account with BOC and next minute my debit card didn't work i informed the customer support who issues the card and according to her it takes more than an hour to activate.
tried same day evening and didn't work and tried next day didn't work and visited the bank and they said to pay another 400 rupees and take the card as the card should work :)
funny isn't it.ye welcome to the government bank
after a long argument, she said to bring the pin number they issues and then only they can agree the issues is from them.
stone age... stone age....its very simple where u can reset the password after confirming the identity.
but they had the only option ..take a new card
after 5 days of garbage, digging found the pin number and they gave a new card without any apology or word nit even to request to sit on the seat in front of them that's is BOC.
anyway still i didn't try this card this time they in 45 min the card will get activated...good luck to my self if im lucky it will work this time

The core of major mistakes
I realized that majority of the major mistakes which was the game changers are due to the wrong decisions with access time and un necessary research on the subject.
When i realized it I started to invest my time in many areas like starting online businesses, Volunteer program etc...
Which actually kept me busy and funded me well from my investments.
Today its really hard to find extra few hours for my self but I'm happy about it after all coz I took these challenges as a hobby :)
