You were not able to sleep they started to dig the road with the machinery with loads of noise to give an extra waterline to the next door who never spoke to their neighbors or smiled :)
The worst part of this is they will not gonna close the hole after digging the road, the damage it's gonna make is that we gonna suffer for another 5 years.
when it rains, there will be a major hole on the road and when we complain the road authority will come and do a temporary job, which will be back to an expanded version of that hole after 20 days to month time.
